The Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE) designs and develops curriculum for various diploma programmes, grants affiliations, and monitors academic performance through CIAAN. It organizes faculty development training, grants equivalence to autonomous programmes, conducts exams, declares results, and awards certificates. MSBTE also sets curriculum standards, generates question papers, and develops learning resources, periodically revising curricula based on technological and market needs.
